Attorney Busher is a partner with the firm and has been a member of the Connecticut bar for fourteen years. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the College of the Holy Cross in 1993. He obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with honors in 1996 from the University Of Connecticut School Of Law, where he also received the Cornelius W. Wickersham, Jr. Award for Constitutional Law and the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law.  In addition to litigation experience, Attorney Busher has concentrations in insurance coverage and appellate practice. His concentration in insurance coverage analysis and litigation includes drafting opinion letters, the preparation of declaratory judgment and other complaints, as well as bad faith and extra-contractual defense, discovery and motion practice. His concentration in appellate practice includes the researching and drafting of over 40 briefs and appellate motions, and argument before the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts.   Since 2008, Attorney Busher has also served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Connecticut School of Law, teaching a class on appellate practice.  

He has received a B-V rating from Martindale-Hubbell (High to Very High legal ability rating and Very High general ethical standards rating).

Attorney Busher also serves as a guest lecturer on the law at Nathan Hale-Ray High School in East Haddam and is a member of The Connecticut Consortium for Law and Citizenship Education, Inc.  He is a member of the Hartford County and Connecticut Bar Associations.  

He serves as a Member of the Board of Finance for St. Bridget of Kildare Church in Moodus.  He is also an active a member of the Moodus Knights of Columbus and the East Haddam Lions Club.
